At Geminia, our philosophy is to provide excellent and efficient services to our customers/service providers at all times, as per our values and goals.
We guarantee to be;
- Respond to your queries within 24 hours.
- Acknowledge claim notifications within 48 hours
- Settle all valid claims within 14 working days upon receipt of complete and correct documentation.
- Provide regular updates on the claim progress at all stages
- Issue you with a policy document within 14 working days upon receipt of complete documentation & payment.
- Provide statements by the 5th of every month
- Dispatch renewal notices on policies before expiry.
- Issue an official receipt upon premium
- Pay commission by the 5th & 20th of every month.
- Settle all payments to service providers and suppliers within 30 days
- Ensure that our staff are competent, positive and friendly
- Offer solutions with transparency and efficiency and provide service in a courteous and honest manner
