1. Customer Experience Intern

• Overview: Enhance customer satisfaction and build client relationships in a service-driven role.
  
• Qualifications:
  
  • A degree in the following fields: Communication, Public Relations, Marketing or any other related degree with relevant experience.
  • Must have graduated in the past five years.

Internship Period: 3 months

Location: Head Office (Nairobi)

2. Underwriting Intern

• Overview: Supports the underwriting team in assessing risks, reviewing client information, and processing insurance applications.
  
• Qualifications:
  
  • A degree in the following fields: Insurance, Actuarial Science, Financial Engineering, or any other related degree with relevant experience.
  • Must have graduated in the past five years.

Internship Period: 3 months

Location: Nairobi (Head Office)

3. Agency Servicing Intern

• Overview: Supports the Business Development team by assisting in policy administration, client support, documentation, and ensuring smooth day-to-day servicing operations.
  
• Qualifications:
  
  • A degree in the following fields: Insurance, Actuarial Science, or any other business related degree.
  • Must have graduated in the past five years.
  • Sales experience will be an added advantage.

Internship Period: 3 months

Location: Nairobi (Head Office)
